Pole Classes
Strip to Fit-Pole
Try this fun and flirty class combining the fun of striptease with the flirt of pole. A step up from Strip to Fit, this dance class will bring you up from the floor and out of your box! Work the full body with the great dance moves in combination with moves to improve upper body strength. Beginner level spins are taught in these classes, usually 1-2 swings a month.
Pole Technique
Pole Technique is a great class that will move you through the challenges of learning and mastering the Pole, Beginning with the basics and moving through the advancements of swings. Build upper body strength while perfecting your spins, combination spins, and confidence. The 12 week sessions will help you to master the beginner level spins and prepare for more advanced pole work.
Intermediate Pole
Intermediate pole takes fun and fitness to a whole new level! Learn to climb, invert, and take combinations to the highest heights! A natural progression from Pole Technique, this is the next challenge to mastering the acrobatics of pole work.
Dance Classes
Strip to Fit-Lap
Taking Striptease back to the basics. No Pole, but lots of sexy floor work, as well as a chair as a prop and seat for that special someone. Come in and get a great workout that is fun, different, flirty, and never feels like exercise!
Hip Hop
This great Movin' and Groovin' class promises to get your heart going and your feet moving. You'll start with the basics you already know (whether you realize it or not) and build moves in a fun and exciting way to dance!
Self Defense
Although this is not one a dance class, it is a class you will want to make time for. This class will help women learn basic self defense moves that can be used with out violent means to escape a dangerous situation. While we would like to believe we are safe in our world where ever we are, having some basic skills can help prepare us for when the wolves are barking at the door. Reserve a space for this class Monday nights at 7pm.
Yoga Classes
Yoga for Beginners
Yoga for Beginners is the right place to start if you have not been on a mat in a while or ever. This class will move through the conditioning and strength-building poses that are sure to help increase flexibility, help find a quiet moment and de-stress. No reservation is required, but is appreciated. Namaste.
Yoga for Pole
There are many ways to strengthen the upper body, but this unique class is geared exactly towards the muscles used during Pole. This is an excellent class to add to your routine while mastering Pole. It will help to not only build strength but confidence while diluting anxiety that sometimes stands in our way of mastering the most intense of Pole instruction.
Yoga for men
Yoga for Men is a unique atmostphere where men are encouraged to try yoga and find for themselves the balance and stillness that is often missing in our lives. A set of sequences conceived to serve the bodies they were designed for, Yoga for Men is a new look at misunderstood niyama. Reservations are appreciated but not required.
